planned. Below is our refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for you.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
  • Damaged or Defective Items – If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact
    us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Incorrect Items Received – If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of
    delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost or Undelivered Orders – If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery
    time, please reach out to us for assistance.
    Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or size
    are normal and not considered defects.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Change of Mind – As our pottery is made in limited batches, we do not accept returns for a
    change of mind.
  • Used or Altered Items – Products that have been used, washed, or modified cannot be
    refunded.
  • Sale or Clearance Items – Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

    • Approval & Return Instructions – If eligible, we will provide return instructions. You may
      be responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Processing Time – Once we receive the returned item (if applicable), refunds will be
      processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
